NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 16th June, 2026

S.O. 3140(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (ii) of clause (11) of section 2 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), the Central Government hereby specifies, for the purposes of the said sub-clause, the New Development Bank, established under an agreement including its Annexe amongst the Governments of Federative Republic of Brazil, the Russian Federation, the Republic of India, the People's Republic of China and the Republic of South Africa signed on 15th July, 2014 at the city of Fortaleza, Brazil and any amendment thereto.
